R passed me the DVD for The Happiest Baby on the Block last night. Thank you thank you thank you. After Sash reluctantly went to be at 9.15pm (this no nap routine is working) I forced D to get his ass to the basement to watch it. He asked if he could take his laptop along and I told him he either watches the DVD with me or he can bloody well read the book. I am not doing this alone! The DVD was a great and it really helped to see the 5S's being carried out on real babies. D was amazed at how easy it looked, and he can now understand why K, R's husband has been raving about the technique. In this case I think the movie is better than the book.

My parents have sent me their itenerary and I couldnt sleep last night thinking how awful it would be if I went into labour before they arrived. I have another check-up this afternoon so hopefully DrS will reassure me that the baby will be in gestation for at least another week. Fingers and legs crossed...
